student and nonprofit events

Our Needs:

• general event volunteers

• student and volunteers check-in stations

• set up / tear down crew

• production volunteers (backstage, presenter logistics)

• lobby volunteers (red carpet, station monitors)

• photo and video production

Our Needs:

• general event volunteers (half day, full day, 1 week, full 10-day shifts available)

• student check-in / check-out station

• set up / tear down

• safety volunteers (must be able to walk around the venue if needed)

• multimedia experts to help with practicum for Alamo Arts Academy students

• industry professionals for guest instructors - film production, photography, graphic design, audio engineering

• event photography (professional vendor)

• production set build (professional vendor, supplies donation)

• community members

• business executives

• financial experts

• marketing gurus

• multimedia enthusiasts
